              officials from Allegheny County, the
              Allegheny County Airport Authority, AIRMALL,
              and The Paradies Shops for a ribbon-cutting
              and dedication ceremony at the restaurant.
              During the event, travelers and attendees
              will also enjoy samples of the restaurant's
              inventive cuisine.  In addition, a select
              number of people that are the first to visit
              the restaurant during the grand opening will
              receive a complimentary autographed cookbook
              from Chef Symon.
