Millennial Research Corporation Announces $2.8 Million Purchase Order
TULSA, Okla., Aug. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Millennial Research Corporation (MRC) (www.millennialresearchcorp.com), a privately held company, today announced the receipt of a $2.8M 3MW purchase order for its Arrow Engine driven Magnetronic(TM) Generator Platforms with Big Navajo Energy.
Big Navajo Energy (BNE) is a Navajo owned and operated Utah-based renewable energy company that is focused on the development and deployment of efficient power generation technology. BNE is a certified priority one and 100% Navajo owned business as certified by the Navajo Nation Business Regulatory Department office located in St. Michaels, AZ.
“There are over 16,000 homes on Navajo Reservation that do not have electricity. This 3MW purchase order is just a beginning,” stated Dory Peters, President of Big Navajo Energy. “BNE can help fix this serious problem one megawatt at a time. As a distributor for these systems, BNE can provide 24/7 electricity to remote locations and underserved areas to better people’s lives. With one simple natural gas line, clean needed electricity can be supplied to support households, water wells, refrigeration for medicines, communications systems and more.”
The clean EPA certifiable natural gas generator platforms will be driven by Arrow Engine Company’s commercial natural gas engines. Arrow Engine Company (www.arrowengine.com) is a wholly owned subsidiary of TriMas Corporation (NASDAQ: TRS). “Arrow Engine has a long history of delivering environmentally and commercially sustainable natural gas motors in some of the most remote and harsh environments in the world since the 1950s. As a field repairable platform, there is no better companion on the market than the Arrow Engine,” commented Darin Long, CEO of Millennial Research Corporation.
“This is the ideal small business story – creating innovative solutions that resolve problems. This is what we envisioned our technology would do and now we get to deliver our clean and efficient power solutions to the people that need it,” stated Mr. Long. “MRC, BNE and Arrow have the right vision, namely implementing technical innovation to increase quality of life and provide economic growth. This is the ‘American Dream’ on so many levels,” Mr. Long continued.
