On Sept. 6, closing keynote Gingrich will provide an insider’s perspective on the role energy and energy companies can play in the upcoming presidential election. Gingrich will be joined by Scott Noble, president and CEO of Noble Royalties, who will discuss a recently completed study of lost royalty revenue on federal lands.
