Great Western Minerals Group completes Listing on the Professional Securities Market in London

(“GWMG” or the “Company”, TSX:V – GWG) is pleased to announce that its
Secured Convertible Bonds (the “Bonds”) are now listed on the
Professional Securities Market (“PSM”) exchange in London, U.K.
Following the successful closing of GWMG’s $90 Million bond offering (see GWMG media release April 5, 2012) GWMG successfully made application to the Financial Services Authority
for the Bonds to be admitted to trade on the PSM of the London Stock
Exchange.
The Bonds are securities which, because of their nature, are normally
bought and traded by professional investors (if resident in the United
Kingdom) or accredited investors (if resident elsewhere) only.
Potential investors in the Bonds must satisfy the criteria of the PSM

Great Western Minerals Group Ltd. is an integrated rare earth processor.
Its specialty alloys are used in the magnet, battery, defense and
