‘WashiON!!’ The 3rd Annual Washing Seminar was Held in Istanbul by ISKO

With the motto of “WashiON”, ISKO invited all the important players in the denim
field to step forward into fashion. Following the success of the May session at ISKOTECA,
and the latest edition of the washing seminar, held in July at CREATIVE ROOM, the event
got even more effective with the creative ideas of Clariant, the chemical supplier
company; Tonello Lab, the industrial washing and treatment machine manufacturer, and
Everest, the northern Italy laundry specialist. With the presence of Everest, all the
participants got the chance to see different treating ideas and experienced various
applications, which added a distinct flavour to the seminar.

The motivation of numerous prestigious brands such as Kaporal, Sissy Bay, Ronald
Sassoon, Street One, Mac, Strellson, Scotch&Soda, Tommy Hilfiger, Zara and Tom Tailor, and
the addition of that famous British brand, Topshop, delighted ISKO and it has decided to
continue the series of washing seminars in Istanbul, Turkey. With the innovative, trendy
ideas of Cross Jeans and the different chemical applications of Clariant, the seminar
became a great place to bring together all the top brands, such as Zara, Gerry Weber,
Escada, Betty Barclay, Acne, H&M, Promod and Esprit, as well as the fashion forecasting
agencies StyleSight and WGSN, under the same roof in order to do some more brainstorming.
