Former Justice Prosecutor To Seek Indictment Of Obama And Biden For National Security Leaks Before Florida Citizens’ Grand Jury In Ocala

October 29, 2012

OCALA, Fla., Oct. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Larry Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch and founder and chairman Freedom Watch, announces that he has empanelled a “Citizens’ Grand Jury” to seek the indictment of President Barack Hussein Obama and his Vice President over their having “leaked” national security information for political purposes to the New York Times and others. These leaks involved the disclosure of information about the raid that killed Osama Bin Laden, and disclosed the identity of Navy SEAL Team 6, as well as U.S. and Israeli cyber warfare and general warfare plans against Iran, which have resulted in retaliation against U.S. interests by the Islamists and lead to the deaths of members of SEAL Team 6 when their helicopter was shot down. These leaks also disclosed other classified national security information vital to American interests, which have now been compromised.

The indictment and supporting materials can be found at www.citizensgrandjury.com. The website also contains discussions of the legal basis for Citizens’ Grand Juries, which have been held to be as constitutional as the grand jury, according to a Supreme Court decision United States v. Williams, 504 U.S. 36 (1992), is not subject to the executive, legislative or judicial branches of government but instead belongs to the citizens of the United States.

The indictments of Obama and Biden are just the first step in an ongoing process in Ocala, Florida, to hold corrupt public officials, including judges, accountable to the American people and the rule of law.

“In our 236 years as a nation since the Declaration of Independence, the American people have seen the country come full circle. We the People have been sold out by corrupt establishment politicians and judges and our legitimate grievances have not been and are not being heard. The Founding Fathers bequeathed to us the Citizens’ Grand Jury as a safety value to avoid another violent revolution, which became necessary in 1776 when King George III had repeatedly refused to consider and remedy the grievances of the people,” declared Klayman, who as a former Justice Department prosecutor is now serving in the role of Citizens’ Prosecutor in Ocala.

The Citizens’ Grand Jury will be meeting from 29-31 October in Ocala, Florida.
