Quebec government gets sued by Tectane Corp for 5 million dollars
MONTREAL, Nov. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ – Notice of Lawsuit for 5 million
has been filed against the Quebec government (AMF) stock market
authority for damages to the company and president Nino De Santis, the
vice-president Hubert Fournier « Tom » and Julie Morin as an
independent adviser.
The AMF assumed that Tectane was telling potential investors that the
World Bank and Super Star Singer Bono were involved, to attract
investments. They neglected to investigate their assumption and allowed
major media news to publish false accusations. Court hearings will
prove that the World Bank – Global Environmental Facility (G.E.F.) did
in fact sign a document offering funds to China, for Tectane
Technologies.
The court will also discover that Super Star Bono actually flew to
Thailand to meet Tectane’s partner, in the hopes of developing Africa.
In addition, the AMF allowed reporters to publish a photo of De Santis
in a 200,000 dollar sports car, with the implication that it was
purchased with investors’ money. The truth is that the photo was taken
from the Tectane website www.tectane.com that clearly states that the racing industry used Tectane Technologies,
not that De Santis owned the car. AMF caused enormous damage to the
company, stock holders, Patent License Holders and the United Nations
Environmental Programs, worldwide.
Tectane had a similar defamation lawsuit when Patriot Energy Corp. sued
Tectane / De Santis for 157,000,000.00 dollars. Patriot claimed false
charges and caused defamation to Tectane / De Santis. The case was
dismissed in a Quebec Superior court. Patriot was charged with fraud
not Tectane. The U.S. Securities halted the sale of Patriot stock on
the NASDAQ market.
