CAA NEO And Automall Network Team Up To Help Members Buy New And Used Cars

OTTAWA, Nov. 29, 2012 /CNW/ – CAA North and East Ontario (CAANEO) and
Automall Network Inc. are teaming up to help make purchasing new and
used vehicles simpler and more cost effective for CAANEO Members.

As part of the new partnership, Automall Network, a prominent auto
broker for insurance companies and consumers, will provide vehicle
market price data and assistance to CAANEO Members in order to
minimize, or even eliminate, the need for comparison shopping and
negotiating.

“We are in a position of trust for our Members,” says Todd Beavis,
Managing Director, Marketing for CAANEO. “We wanted to provide an
equally trustworthy solution that would not only add significant value
to a CAA membership, but also one that helps our Members with one of
the biggest purchases they will make”.

Automall Network conducts independent market price studies, mystery
shopping and negotiations for several insurance companies and consumers
across the country. A competitive Market Price Report generated from
the data collected lets car buyers know what the best retail price
range is in their market.

For new cars, the report costs $50. Buyers can also upgrade to Automall
Network’s Full Concierge Service to negotiate for them for an
additional $145. CAANEO Members receive a discount on these prices.
There is a similar offering for used cars starting at $150. Free sample
reports are available through the Automall Network website, www.AutomallNetwork.com, for used cars and their new car website, www.IVONTaCar.com, for new cars.

“The problem with buying a new car is that dealers won’t give you their
best price up front unless another dealer has quoted you first. Then,
they’ll match it or slightly beat it just to get the deal” claims Viraf
Baliwalla, President of Automall Network. “This forces people to
comparison shop and negotiate with multiple dealers which leads to a
very negative car buying experience. All this can be avoided if you
know what the target price should be going in”.

To kick-start the partnership, CAANEO plans to host a series of free
clinics focusing on purchasing a vehicle. Automall Network will provide
the education which will cover such topics as financing and leasing,
tips and tricks of the trade, the pros and cons of buying new vs. used,
importing vehicles and how best to structure a deal.

relationship in order to ensure our Members are able to make the most
informed decisions and get the most value for their money”.

CAA North and East Ontario is a not-for-profit membership organization,
offering insurance, travel, automotive care and roadside assistance
services. There are more than 260,000 CAA Members in North and East
Ontario and 5 million Members in Canada.

Automall Network is a licensed auto broker/dealer that works for the
buyer, similar to a real estate broker for home buyers.
