China Green Agriculture Named to Asia’s 200 Best Under A Billion by Forbes Asia

(NYSE: CGA; “China Green Agriculture” or the “Company”), a company mainly produces and distributes humic acid-based compound fertilizers, other varieties of compound fertilizers and agricultural products through its wholly-owned subsidiaries in China, today announced that the Company has been included in Forbes Asia’s list of 200 Best Under A Billion for the year 2012. This year’s 200 Best Under a Billion list draws from over 15,000 publicly listed Asia-Pacific companies, each with annual revenue between US$5 million and US$1 billion. The top 200 companies were identified by Forbes editors based on their sales growth, earnings growth and return on equity in the past 12 months and over three years.
