Today, e2b teknologies announced that the company´s customer relationship management (CRM) reseller business has grown considerably with the addition of major accounts and new staff.

Today, e2b teknologies announced that the company´s customer relationship management (CRM) reseller business has grown considerably with the addition of major accounts and new staff.

In 2012 the company adopted SugarCRM into its enterprise business application portfolio. Marketing campaigns conducted last year through the Company´s own internal SugarCRM system have generated a significant pipeline of prospects for SugarCRM. As a result, e2b recently hired Adam Lynch to manage its flourishing SugarCRM practice. Lynch comes to e2b with a strong sales background and experience in both inside and outside sales.

“The new year and a successful internal implementation of SugarCRM has brought us many new opportunities and an improved sales process complete with critical analytics to help us monitor our sales pipeline,” said Lynne Henslee, president of e2b teknologies. “As we enter 2013 we are in a great position to continue our CRM growth with Adam taking the lead on this strategic product.”

Lydey Automation was in a situation that many companies can find themselves in. The company was using a combination of three different systems to handle its important sales department, and they had different databases which resulted in unorganized data spread throughout their enterprise making it extremely difficult to track their sales processes effectively.

Lydey plans to increase usage of SugarCRM over the next six months to include more sales reps and additional functionality.
