BEIJING, April 19, 2013 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — China Hydroelectric Corporation (NYSE: CHC, CHCWS) (“the Company”), an owner, developer and operator of small hydroelectric power projects in the People’s Republic of China, today announced that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) its Annual Report on Form 20-F, which includes its audited financial statements as of and for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012.
