Goldcorp Announces Election of Directors

VANCOUVER, May 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ – GOLDCORP INC. (TSX: G, NYSE: GG) (“Goldcorp” or the “Company”) announced the detailed voting results for the election of its Board of
Directors, which took place at the Company’s Annual and Special Meeting
held on May 2, 2013. The nominees listed in the management proxy
circular dated March 18, 2013 were elected as directors of Goldcorp at
