After two successful years growing and leading Strategic Insurance Software’s (SIS) Customer Support and Implementation teams, Tami Scott has been promoted to Director of Client Services. Thanks to her efforts from both a process improvement and team building standpoint, SIS’ implementation processes are unsurpassed in the industry.

The leadership team at Strategic Insurance Software (SIS) is pleased to announce the promotion of Tami Scott to Director of Client Services.
Prior to her promotion, Scott served two years growing and leading the Customer Support and Implementation teams, streamlining the implementation process and making the process of converting to SIS´ Partner XE agency management system simpler and more comprehensive.
“Under Tami´s leadership the team has grown in capability and expertise while developing stronger processes and systems to deliver top quality service and support,” said SIS CEO Alex Deak.
“Thanks to her efforts from both a process improvement and team building standpoint, our implementation processes are unsurpassed in the industry,” he added.
Scott was also directly responsible for the launch of PartnerNet, an online resource where Partner XE users can check system status, search frequently asked questions, access recorded webinars and much more.
The cumulative results of her efforts towards improved service and training and conversion have resulted in more and more independent insurance agencies switching to SIS´ Partner XE for their agency management system.
“As important as it is to provide agencies with great software, it´s more important to consider their total experience. This includes clients transitioning to SIS from another provider as well as serving our long term clients,” said Michael Doran, EVP of Sales.
