U.S. Silica Announces Timing of Earnings Release and Investor Call

FREDERICK, Md., Feb. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SLCA) announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2013 results after the New York Stock Exchange closes on Tuesday, February 25, 2014. This release will be followed by a conference call for investors on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss U.S. Silica’s fourth quarter 2013 financial results. Hosting the call will be Bryan Shinn, president and chief executive officer and Don Merril, vice president and chief financial officer.
