Electronic client data gathering tool linked to needs analysis and application generation systems
BOSTON, Feb. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Signator Investors, Inc., powered by John Hancock Financial Network, has rolled out eFactfinder, a web-based data gathering tool linked to Signator’s key business processing platforms, in order to make the client discovery process — including fact finding, needs analysis and account opening — a seamless integrated process.
With eFactfinder, an adviser is able to collect and record information on an iPad or laptop during a client meeting. The system automatically prompts the adviser with follow up questions allowing the adviser to focus on the client’s goals and objectives while simplifying the recording of information. At the close of the meeting, the eFactfinder automatically summarizes the information collected and provides the adviser and the client an overview of their goals, summary of their financial situation, and clear next steps.
In addition, once the client information is in the system, it also is available to Signator’s account/application system, making opening an account or filling an application quick and efficient – whether it takes place during the meeting or at another time.
Having the records available in one, secure location makes them easy to access and update, and makes it easy to provide ongoing reviews. The adviser can pull up information in a consolidated format, review goals and objectives and check to see if a client is still on track.
