Crude, Heating Oil, Gasoline Start Day Up

Prices for crude oil, heating oil and gasoline all began the Tuesday trading session higher on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
The price for a barrel of crude oil was $86.24, up 0.22 cents, in midmorning trading on the exchange.
Heating oil was up 0.0076 cents to $83.31 a gallon, while gasoline gained 0.0028 cents to $2.11362 in midmorning trading.
Natural gas was the only energy commodity that began the day down, off 0.117 cents to $6.774 per million British thermal units.
At the pump, the AAA’s Daily Fuel Gauge Report showed the price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was $2.820 Tuesday, up from $2.819 reported Monday.
