Majestic Oil & Gas, Inc Makes Wildcat Natural Gas Discovery in Northern Montana

CUT BANK, Mont., Oct. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — MAJESTIC OIL & GAS, INC (the “Company”), (BULLETIN BOARD: MJOG) a United States Public Company whose securities are qualified for quotation on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board today announced the successful drilling of the Vandenbos #19-1 well, a wildcat natural gas discovery.

This exploration wildcat natural gas well located in Section 19-T29N-R5W, Pondera County, Montana is the Company’s most successful natural gas well to-date. The initial production of the Vandenbos #19-1 well was 750 MCF per day, which is the highest production volume of any well so far. With these results, it was determined that the Lake Frances Field extends to the northwest, proving up additional locations for drilling. The production interval on the Vandenbos #19-1 well is 2268′ to 2284′, with 16 feet of total pay zone. The Company has plans to complete this well within the next two weeks in addition to constructing the pipeline necessary to connect this well to the gathering system.

Majestic Oil & Gas, Inc also completed the successful drilling of the B Ag, Inc #25-1 well. The Company is continuing to test this well and intends to have the well completed and on production with the next two weeks, once the pipeline work is finalized.

Majestic Oil & Gas, Inc owns a 25% working interest in these two wells and will release additional results once the wells are completed and placed on production.
