Antofagasta Production Down

–The London-listed Chilean copper miner Antofagasta posted a 5.2 per cent fall in third-quarter production yesterday and downgraded its forecast for full-year output at its biggest mine, Los Pelambres. The firm also reported higher unit costs as output was hit by lower ore grades and weaker volumes. Its shares ended up 4p at 837p.
