Lexington Energy Welcomes New CFO

BROOKS, AB, Nov. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Lexington Energy Services Inc. (OTCBB: LXES) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Warrack as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of the company.

A Certified Management Accountant since 1991, Kelly Warrack comes to Lexington Energy from his position as financial controller of Impact Drilling Limited, a Calgary-based oil and gas well drilling contractor with over 100 employees.

For the past five years, Mr. Warrick has also served as Vice President, Finance, of Metalworks Canada, a manufacturer of metal products for industrial, commercial, and residential use. In that capacity, Mr. Warrack has been responsible for overseeing all of Metalworks’ financial affairs.

The recent addition of an experienced corporate sales manager to Lexington Energy’s management team, and the latest addition of Kelly Warrack as Chief Financial Officer will ensure international and domestic growth opportunities for each Lexington Energy and its subsidiaries.
