Zambian Breweries launched new beer

LUSAKA, Nov.5 (Xinhua) — Zambian Breweries has launched an Italian beer on the Zambian market, Zambia Times reported on Monday.

David Bowa, beer sales and marketing director, was quoted as saying that Zambian Breweries expected the introduction of Peroni Nastro Azzurro to satisfy consumers who are looking for a variety of choices.

Bowa said the Italian beer would be initially available in Lusaka ,Livingstone and the Copperbelt.

He said the global alcoholic beer market is shifting towards more premium products with consumers increasingly looking for different choices with their own distinctive style.
