Largo Vista Signs Contract to Develop New LPG Pipeline

Largo Vista Group, through a ‘doing business as’ agreement with Zunyi Jiahong Gas, has signed a contract with Zunyi Yong Shen Real Estate Development to develop LPG pipeline ‘Project Eleven’ in China’s Guizhou Province.

The construction is expected to begin in early 2008 and should be completed within 100 working days after the commencement of work. Under the terms of the control Largo Vista will be the owner of the pipeline system and is responsible for its maintenance. LPG will be supplied to 192 newly constructed residences.

Denise Deng, CFO of Largo Vista Group, said: “This is Largo Vista’s 11th residential pipeline project. We will continue to seek out new pipeline projects which will be advantageous to the company.”
