Fuze Beverage, which makes health drinks, has announced that American Airlines will begin selling Fuze Green Tea onboard flights, forming part of a test campaign aimed at evaluating customer preferences for the airlines economy class food-for-sale program.
Bill Meissner, CMO of Fuze Beverage, said: "As consumers search for healthier beverage choices, many companies in the hospitality business are looking to provide better-for-you options. What better outlet for passengers to benefit from the ingredients of Fuze Green Tea than onboard a flight. Our Healthy Green Tea provides refreshment and rejuvenation with every sip."
From November 12th through November 18th, Fuze Green Tea will be available in 16.9 oz plastic bottles on flights departing from Dallas Fort Worth to Chicago and Los Angeles, and on flights departing San Francisco and Los Angeles to New York's John F Kennedy airport.
