THE official Michelin guide for the Shanghai extravaganza pulls no punches about local motoring etiquette on the road.
Golden nuggets include: ‘Avoid two wheels. Far too dangerous’; ‘Traffic: very dangerous’; and ‘Rules: the biggest has priority’.
Indeed, I found that out for myself when the airport bus I was on lumbered head-on and hooting towards a taxi reversing out of a motorway slip-road exit.
