Bolivar Mining Corp., Formerly Denim Apparel Group, Inc. Appoints New Officers, Reverse Splits Its Stock and Pursues New Business Objectives

VANCOUVER, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Effective October 12, 2007:
the Company amended its articles to incorporation to change its name from Denim Apparel Group, Inc. to Bolivar Mining Corp.; its trading symbol changed from DPGP to BOLV; and it reverse split its issued and outstanding shares of common stock in the ratio of 200:1.
Robert Klein was appointed Secretary of the Company effective October 4, 2007 to fill the vacancy created when Arshad Shah, President, resigned as Secretary on that date.
Martin Zezula was appointed Treasurer of the Company effective October 17, 2007.
The Company intends to engage in the natural resources sector. Its vision is to seek primary or secondary stage mining prospects, conduct exploration and acquire existing mining assets in various countries spread over two continents. The Company intends to perform reserve analyses on prospects, acquire prospects and either develop or sell prospects to major mining companies.
