Posted on: Tuesday, 20 November 2007, 12:00 CST
American Alternative Energy Systems Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AATV) -- American Alternative Energy Systems Corp. (AAESC), a company focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and making a more sustainable environment through renewable energy, announced today that the Company has signed license agreements with agents based in the countries of Denmark and Norway. The licensing agreement includes a hard development plan for our digesters to be implemented in these two countries. AAESC will produce Anaerobic Digesters that will turn manure and other bio-waste into electricity and heat. The digester will solve the manure disposal problems, and will produce electricity, heat, and income for the farms and related properties (the excess electricity can then be sold to the hydro grid).
The digester market is small in Canada with an estimated 10 digesters compared to roughly 100 in the US and 2,400 in Europe. AAESC's goal is to become Canada's market leader in digesters.
American Alternative Energy Systems' strong and experienced team have developed a digester at more than half the cost of the competitors and will continually strive to increase the effectiveness of the digesters, by producing more electricity per ton of biomass.
