VimpelCom to Release Third Quarter 2007 Financial and Operating Results on Thursday, November 29, 2007

MOSCOW and NEW YORK, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Open Joint Stock Company "Vimpel-Communications" ("VimpelCom" or the "Company") announced today that it will webcast its conference call on its third quarter 2007 financial and operating results on Thursday, November 29, 2007, at 6:30 p.m. Moscow time (10:30 a.m. ET). The conference call will be hosted by Alexander Izosimov, Chief Executive Officer. He will be joined by Elena Shmatova, Chief Financial Officer, Nikolay Pryanishnikov, Executive Vice President - General Director, Russia; and Kent McNeley, Chief Marketing Officer. The press release announcing the Company's third quarter 2007 financial results will be available on the Company's web site, located at http://www.vimpelcom.com/, prior to the conference call.
The Company's management will discuss its third quarter 2007 results during a conference call and slide presentation.
