T-Mobile Has Filed a Suit Against Telefonica O2

T-Mobile (Prague, Czech Republic), mobile operator, has filed a suit against the communication company Telefonica O2 (Czech Republic). The reason is that Telefonica has bought the company Deltax Systems for about CEK 250 mil when Telefonica and T-Mobile litigate for about CEK 1.8 bil for connection fees. Telefonica does not want to pay the debt. Besides the Deltax’s purchase, the company has announced to pay dividends of CEK 16 bil and increase the capital stock of its subsidiary in Slovakia by more than CEK 1 bil.
