Forster Drilling Corporation Signs Multi-Well Contract With Enhanced Oil Resources, Inc.

Posted on: Wednesday, 28 November 2007, 15:00 CST

On Wednesday, November 28, 2007, Forster Drilling Corporation (OTCBB:FODL), a Nevada Corporation (the "Company"), announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Forster Drilling, Inc., entered into a multi-well contract with Enhanced Oil Resources, Inc. of Houston, Texas (TVX:EOR) to drill 10 wells in Enhanced Oil Resources' St. Johns Helium/CO2 Field located in Apache County, Arizona and Cantron County, New Mexico.

The 10 wells will be drilled to further delineate what is thought to be North America's largest known undeveloped Helium/CO2 resource, encompassing 250,000 acres and almost 400 square miles. It is estimated that a minimum of 200 wells will be required to fully develop the St. Johns Field.

"The drilling is very demanding and complicated. Forster is proud that Enhanced Oil Resources, Inc. has chosen Forster to delineate this potentially very valuable resource," stated Fred Forster III, CEO of Forster Drilling Corporation.

Enhanced Oil Resources, Inc. is a development stage, enhanced oil recovery (EOR) company that controls approximately 235,000 acres of land within the St. Johns Helium/CO2 field in Arizona and New Mexico where the Company is developing what is thought to be the largest undeveloped resource of helium and carbon dioxide gases in North America. Independent engineering firms have estimated that the St. Johns Field contains approximately 15 trillion cubic feet of in place resources, with a potential recoverable resource of 5 trillion cubic feet. Development of the project could result in the Company becoming one of North America's largest CO2 suppliers and EOR producers. The Company's strategic focus for CO2 delivery and EOR production is the Permian Basin where significant potential exists for enhanced oil recovery from mature, depleted oil fields.
