Stabilization Fund Falls $3.17 Bln to $144.43 Bln in Nov

MOSCOW. Dec 3 (Interfax) – The Stabilization Fund, which collects windfall oil revenue, decreased by $3.17 billion to $144.43 billion (3.517 trillion rubles) during November, the Russian Finance Ministry said.
Stabilization Fund assets on foreign currency accounts totaled $60.75 billion, EUR46.71 billion and GBP7.03 billion.
