NEW YORK and MONTREAL, Dec. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Northern Lights Airlines Ltd. a start up charter airline 50% owned by ICBS Limited (PINKSHEETS: ICBM), today announced that they have opened negotiations for a Brazilian route, for both passenger and freight service. Flights will originate from points in Canada and the U.S.. The passenger and freight revenue from this negotiation could lead to over $60 million dollars in revenue for Northern Lights Airlines Ltd.

Due to the sensitivity of the ongoing negotiations the company has elected not to release certain specifics of the deal, upon the completion of negotiations and executed agreements the company will then release the specifics for public consumption.
