Wylder Earns Promotion at David Evans and Associates in Portland

David Evans and Associates Inc. has promoted Lyn Wylder to office manager. Wylder has worked at David Evans since 2000. She previously served as vice president of operations for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority. She was project manager for the Federal Transit Administration’s program management oversight of transit and highway construction projects in lower Manhattan.
