HOUSTON, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Universal Energy Corp. (BULLETIN BOARD: UVSE) , an emerging domestic oil and gas exploration and production company, announced the following corporate developments. On December 14, 2007, the employment agreement with Kevin Tattersall as Chief Exploration Officer of Universal Energy Corp. was terminated.
"With the majority of our Louisiana prospects moving into production we believe now is the right time to make management changes that will allow us to bring on individuals with extensive Gulf Coast area experience," commented Billy Raley, CEO of Universal Energy Corp.
