Osce Welcomes Amnesty in Azerbaijan

BAKU. Dec 29 (Interfax) – The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) welcomes the Friday ordinance of the Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev that pardoned 119 convicts, OSCE spokesman Martin Nesirky told Interfax on Saturday.
The pardoned convicts include five Azerbaijani journalists, a citizen of Russia and a citizen of Pakistan.
