The temporary reaccommodation options allow customers to travel earlier or later than originally scheduled without penalty.
Customers with confirmed tickets for travel on Tuesday, Jan. 1 or Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2008, may reschedule their travel today, Dec. 31, 2007, through Jan. 16, 2008, without administrative fees only if traveling to, from or through the states of:

Customers also traveling through the Canadian cities of Waterloo-Kitchener (YKF), Ottawa (YOW), London (YXU), or Toronto (YYZ) may rebook their travel through Jan. 16, 2008, without administrative fees.
