Kenartha Oil and Gas Company Limited Refiles Past MD&Amp;A and Certificates

Kenartha Oil and Gas Company Limited (FRANKFURT: KJ5) announces that, at the request of the Ontario Securities Commission, it has refiled its Management Discussion and Analysis (the "MD&A") and its certificates (the "Certificates") of the CEO and CFO in respect of its annual filings for the year ended March 31, 2007 which had previously been filed. The refiling of the MD&A was necessary due to the amended filing of its audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to include information that was current at the time of refiling. The refiling of the certificates was necessary due to the use of outdated forms in the previously filed certificates.
