American Stock Exchange Lists the American Depositary Receipts of Samson Oil & Gas Limited

NEW YORK, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today lists the American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) of Samson Oil and Gas Limited under the ticker symbol SSN. The Company lists 2,500,000 ADRs, representing 20 ordinary shares per ADR.

Samson Oil & Gas Limited is an Australian based oil & gas company. The Company's principal activities are exploring for, developing and producing oil and gas in the United States of America.
