Infinity Energy Sells Certain Assets to Forest Oil

Independent oil and gas exploration and development company Infinity Energy Resources has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Infinity Oil & Gas of Wyoming, has completed the sale of certain assets to Forest Oil.
Infinity Energy said that the sale is in accordance with a definitive asset purchase and sale agreement and the sale consideration have been received.
The sale is in addition to the previously announced farmout and acquisition agreement between Infinity's subsidiary and Forest Oil, with respect to certain oil and gas leaseholds owned by Infinity-Texas in Erath County, Texas, US.
