HAMILTON, Bermuda, Jan. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Platinum Underwriters Holdings, Ltd. will report financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2007 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, February 19, 2008.
