Martin Dawes to Provide Customer Care Systems to Aircell
Martin Dawes Systems, a provider of billing, customer care and revenue assurance solutions, has been chosen by Aircell, a provider of airborne communications technology, to provide customer care systems for the company.
Aircell, which will launch its airborne broadband solution in North America in 2008, has selected Martin Dawes Systems’s dise3G service for its end-to-end billing and customer care process.
Through Martin Dawes Systems’s data center in Boston, Massachusetts, and a team in Itasca, Illinois, the company will support Aircell’s service, including inflight broadband access on US flights, coast-to-coast and border-to-border with commercial airline partners.
