Foreigners’ Bid Foiled

GEORGE TOWN: Immigration officers at the Penang International Airport foiled 10 attempts by foreigners who tried to leave the country using fake passports last year. Airport Immigration Department chief senior assistant director Mohd Zam Zami Marzuki said most of them were trying to get to Taiwan and Europe.
