Atlas Energy Resources, LLC Announces Record Distribution of $0.57 Per Common Unit for the Fourth Quarter 2007

Atlas Energy Resources, LLC (NYSE: ATN) reported today that it has declared its record quarterly cash distribution for the fourth quarter 2007 of $0.57 per common unit. This $0.57 per common unit distribution is payable Thursday, February 14, 2008 to holders of record as of Thursday, February 7, 2008.
