WW Oil and Gas Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WOGI), a company in the business of acquiring leases and oil and gas-related assets for the purposes of development, exploration, and exploitation, announced that management has accepted the resignation of company president Mr. Eise Deboer. WW Oil and Gas Inc. has replaced Mr. Deboer with Mr. Joeseph Anthony Smith effective immediately. Mr. Smith’s many years of experience in the natural resource industry will be a welcome addition to the company’s existing management team.
