Canadian Blue Gold Finalizes Merger Agreement With Water Bottling Company

Canadian Blue Gold has finalized a merger agreement with a North American water bottling company.
The management of Canadian Blue Gold said that the merging company is well established in the water distribution market both in Canada and the US.
Canadian Blue Gold said that it will disclose further information regarding the transaction upon consent from the respective attorneys and approval by applicable regulatory authorities.
