China Sunergy, a solar cell manufacturer, has announced that its current vice president of financing and investor relations, Fischer Chen, has resigned from the company.
China Sunergy announced that although a permanent replacement has yet to be identified, the company has initiated a search to fill the position. In the interim, the company will be supported by FD, its external investor relations firm.
