CCM Research Issues Research Note on Oracle Energy Corp.

CCM Research analyst, Walt Spaude, CFA has written a research note on Oracle Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE: OCL)(PINK SHEETS: OECPF)(FRANKFURT: O2E) regarding recent developments in the company's Zapata County, Texas drilling operations and its Honduras acquisition activities.

Oracle Energy Corp. is an international company engaged in the development and exploration of oil and gas. Oracle has an 18.75% interest in 640 acres, Zapata County, Texas. The Company also has a 20% interest in 6 previously producing oil and gas concessions in Romania. New project acquisitions are also actively being pursued and evaluated in Honduras, Central America and elsewhere.

In the report the analyst states, "Oracle Energy has partnered with an experienced project operator. The initiation of drilling operations on the new well could result in drilling being completed as early as late April 2008 with potential revenue generation beginning sometime in Q2 2008."

The analyst continues, "Oracle Energy, through a subsidiary, Oracle Energy Honduras SA, has established an office staffed with full time company representatives, in Honduras....studies indicate potentially significant oil and gas deposits located at reasonable drilling depths."
