Cleanfield Energy Announces Death of VP of Technology and Co-Founder

It is with great sadness that Cleanfield Alternative Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE: AIR) announces the sudden passing of Alexander Trica, Vice-President of Technology, Co-Founder, and Director of Cleanfield.
Cleanfield extends its condolences to Alexander's wife Lia, son Alexander, family and friends.
Alexander played a prominent role in the entire organization, most importantly contributing to the design and development of Cleanfield Energy's renewable energy products. He successfully instituted sustainable 'best practices' in areas of product development, quality, and regulatory compliance. Alexander's legacy of problemsolving and resolution through the formation and utilization of multi-faceted teams will continue to be a strategy employed by his colleagues.
Cleanfield Energy President and CEO Tony Verrelli expressed that "Alexander was more than a co-worker, he was a great friend and wonderful human being. He was brilliant in his work. His passion, dedication, and desire to 'do the right thing' permeated the entire organization. It is now up to us to carry forward and sustain his vision. Our thoughts and prayers are with Alexander's family at this time of great sorrow."
Alexander's passion for the company was reflected in his drive to put in place an efficient and growing team. Effective immediately, Mihail Stern, VP of Operations, Co-Founder, and Director will serve as interim VP of Technology.
Cleanfield assures all associates, employees, owners, and customers that its Research and Development team will remain focused on its efforts to develop and provide industry leading products for the Renewable Energy marketplace.
