BPZ Energy Announces Upcoming Conference Presentations

BPZ Resources, Inc. d/b/a BPZ Energy (AMEX:BZP) today announced two upcoming investor conference presentations. The Company will be attending the IPAA Small Cap Conference in Hollywood, Florida and the Enercom Oil Service and International E&P Conference in San Francisco.

Manolo Zuñiga, President and Chief Executive Officer, will present at the IPAA Small Cap Conference on Wednesday February 13, 2008 at 10:35 a.m. Eastern Time. Ed Caminos, Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at the Enercom Conference on Friday, February 22, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time. Both events will be webcast.
