AirTran Promotes Peggy Sauer-Clark to Vice President of Inflight Service

AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, has announced that the company has promoted current director of the flight attendant base Peggy Sauer-Clark as vice president of inflight services.
Ms Clark will take on her new role as vice president of inflight service after nearly five years of exemplary service with AirTran Airways. She will oversee all aspects of the airline's inflight department and catering operations.
Prior to her work with AirTran Airways, Ms Clark has served as director of labor relations-flight at Northwest Airlines where she spent 19 years in every aspect of inflight operations and leadership. She earned a bachelor of science in education from University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.
Jack Smith, senior vice president of customer service for AirTran Airways, said: "Peggy Sauer-Clark has been a talented and charismatic leader for our airline, and we are pleased and proud to promote her to vice president of inflight service. Her promotion is another example of the outstanding career growth opportunities this airline provides."
