Canadian Superior Energy to Present at IPAA Oil &Amp; Gas Investment Symposium February 13, 2008

Canadian Superior Energy Inc. ("Canadian Superior", the "Company")(TSX: SNG)(AMEX: SNG) announced today that it will be presenting at the Independent Petroleum Association of America ("IPAA") 2008 Oil & Gas Investment Symposium ("OGIS") being held in Florida from February 12 - 14, 2008.
Canadian Superior's Chief Executive Officer, Craig McKenzie, will present and outline the Company's forward strategy and execution plan to rapidly grow its operations both in North America and in other international basins. He will also provide an update on the Company and its recent success and achievements in Western Canada and its "Victory" discovery in Trinidad. Mr. McKenzie will be available for further discussion at Canadian Superior's Break-Out Session immediately following the presentation.
