Virgin America Launches New Service to San Diego

Virgin America has launched a new service between San Francisco International Airport and San Diego International Airport.
The company said that it will offer three daily flights to San Diego International Airport (SAN), expanding to five daily flights on March 9, 2008. Convenient connecting flights also are available from SAN via San Francisco International Airport from New York's JFK International and Washington Dulles International airports.
David Cush, president and CEO of Virgin America, said: "As California's home-town airline, we're bringing cutting-edge technology and the best in entertainment to the skies and we're thrilled to now link two of the state's most beautiful cities."
